Paul Nas

Director and Licensed Surveyor

With over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Surveyor in Western Australia, Paul has a wealth of knowledge to draw on while overseeing The Land Division’s surveying operations.

Paul is a member of the Western Australian Institute of Surveyors. While the majority of his work has been to do with residential developments, he also has extensive experience in commercial and local government projects.

Joel Carter

Director and Principal Consultant WAPC Subdivisions

Having worked for the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) in a Senior capacity and for the Planning Department of a Local Council, Joel has extensive experience in every facet of the subdivision process with a career that spans over 20 years.

In his town planning career, spanning over fifteen years, Joel has been involved in a diverse range of subdivision projects on both ‘sides of the fence’. His insight into the planning assessment and surveying process has, on many occasions, saved clients thousands and ensured a smooth transition from plan submission through to the creation of titles.

Joel has also been involved in a number of his own subdivision projects and Project Managed the works stage of a number of his clients subdivisions which has rounded his knowledge and understanding in regards to land servicing / site works and holding costs.

Armin Tuka

Licensed Surveyor

Armin has been with The Land Division since 2009. In 2010 he graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Surveying (Honours). His final year Honours dissertation was awarded the Surveying Prize from Haefeli–Lysnar Pty Ltd. Armin is also a past winner of a WA Spatial Excellence Award, SSSi Certificate of Merit, Individual Winner.

In 2015, Armin became a Licensed Surveyor. He has vast experience in all aspects of land surveying ranging from engineering to subdivisions.
